Alex Grey 2011 Australian Tour

Bryon Bay Exhibition, 27th January 2011!!

This is the second event to the three day artists retreat, also held in Byron Bay in Northern New South Wales, Australia. Some original Alex Grey paintings will be on display, as well as some giclée prints of Grey's other works. Grey will also be doing a live painting!!! This is a dream come true!! Alex Grey is a man of incomprehensible talent in my opinion. I am always interested in art and literature that looks at the interplay between the mind, body and spirit and Grey's work accomplishes this in such a thought-provoking and incredibly beautiful way. I love the fact that the subject of his work are such archetypal human experiences such as praying, mediation, making love, kissing, pregnancy and dying.
